Delivery Details

Delivery is Free on a 2 working days delivery to UK Mainland only on orders over £90. For UK areas please ring for delivery charges and time scales.
 
Orders less than £90 will be charged at £5.95+ VAT.
 
The company will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within 3-5 working days (unless notified at time of ordering).
 
It is your responsbility to check that the equipment will fit through entrance doorways and into the required place. All costs incurred due to inadequate site access shall be charged to the buyer.
 
If the buyer fails to take delivery of the goods the company shall be entitled to invoice and be paid for the goods as though they had been duly delivered.
 
It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the goods at time of deliver. The carriers notes must be signed accordingly We must be advised in writing within 24 hours of delivery date for alleged non-delivery, shortfall of goods or damage on delivery.
 
If goods are not suitable it is your responsibility to return the goods to our supplier at your expense and a re-stocking charge of 25% will be charged.
 
All gas catering equipment must be installed by a qualified catering engineer to qualify for any warranty provided. The warranty forms must be filled in by them and returned to manufacturer.
 
We dispatch to the United Kingdom using our prefered carrier FedEx as they offer an online tracking facility (www.fedex.co.uk).

Orders will be dispatched by ANC or an alternative carrier. The services provided by our carrier are outside our control. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times, UK delivery is normally no more than 1-2 working days after despatch.
 
In the event of a delayed delivery, we regret we are unable to offer compensation. Should you not receive your goods within 8 days, a refund or replacement will be offered unless the goods are being held up at customs.

We package our products extremely carefully - in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit or faulty, you can notify us via telephone or email. You must then return the goods unused and in their original condition within the next 5 working days.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods and request a full refund (except any delivery charges) or replacement. However, as per standard industry practice, we cannot accept returns of customised items or special orders (that is, items that are marked as being ones we never hold in stock and have to place special orders for). Also return transport is at customers expense You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods via telephone or email if you wish to make a return. You must then return the goods unused and in their original condition within the next 5 working days.

It is your responsibility to insure the goods with the carrier you use to return them as we are unable to process a refund until we receive the returned goods, and we cannot accept any liability for goods we do not receive.

We will either replace or process a refund upon receipt of the goods within 7 working days, according to your requirements. We regret we cannot control how long it takes your card issuer to credit your account.

If the package or goods are damaged, please report this to our carrier upon delivery or as soon as possible thereafter.
