HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Deliveries are normally within 1- 3 working days. For larger items, such as refrigeration please allow 7-10 working days. Please contact us on 0151 666 1077 for further details. Although we have our own transport, we are currently using third-party carriers for a number of our deliveries and as such delivery dates given are only best estimates and are not guaranteed.


DO YOU SUPPLY SECOND HAND EQUIPMENT?

Windsors Catering Equipment Ltd ONLY sells brand new fully guaranteed equipment. Buying second hand equipment is often like buying a second hand car. You pay your money and take your chances! We believe that with the discounted prices we give on all new equipment, second hand is a poor bet.


WHAT GUARANTEES AND SERVICE DO YOU GIVE ON EQUIPMENT?

All equipment is fully guaranteed by both the manufacturer and Windsors Catering Equipment Ltd. Guarantee periods vary between 1 and 3 years depending on the product.


HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY GOODS?

The easiest and most common way to pay is by using a credit or connect card when you order either over the phone or from this site. It's fast and your transaction is fully protected. IS FINANCE AVAILABLE TO HELP SPREAD THE COST OF NEW EQUIPMENT?
