Company: A local pub refurbsishment

We are currently giving advice to a couple that are taking over a local village pub. The current landlords do not have a large (or satisfactory) menu, and wet sales are currently the major element of their turnover.

The setting of the pub is idyllic, and the new owners wish to take advantage of this by introducing a new Garden Room, where a full Gastro style menu will be available.

We are working with our clients in helping to design the kitchens and dining areas of the pub, introducing great equipment including an Opus 10 grid Combination Oven. 

The flow of the kitchen will work extremely well, avoiding the current situation where staff are falling over themselves, creating a major health and safety problem.
